Loan Officers
Minnesota Lending Company's Loan Officers are your main point of contact and are devoted to making your loan experience as stress-free as possible. They work to stay current with new technology, market rates, and the latest loan products in order to offer you the best loan to meet your needs. The Loan Officers establish personal relationships with our numerous lenders, which translates into great loans on a quick time schedule.

Loan Processors
The Loan Processors spend their time on all the details of making your loan happen. The Processors have been known to work miracles, managing reams of paperwork and getting the proper approvals and best rates while keeping to a seemingly impossible timeline.

Closers
After the Loan Officers and Loan Processors have done their jobs and your loan is ready to close, The closing department  takes over. They coordinate with the Title Company and the lenders, and ensure that all necessary funds are available for the day your loan closes. Their work is especially impressive since they are the Closing Department for the Minnesota, Florida and Texas offices.

Administrative Staff
